I grew up here in the early 80s. The rent most have been much less than 😂 It was a fantastic place to grow up! We had the sweetest neighbors and I helped some of them by doing their hair. I have the greatest memories of watching the boat parade from my backyard with my mom in a heavy coat!😂 These apartments are in a beautiful area of Boca and right on the water.

Jorge is the best property manager. He is extremely helpful, and has a true passion for his craft. He stays on top of all issues, until they are rectified. Highly recommended to live here, have Jorge help you move in ! 3 years of living here, and since Jorge has been here the development keeps improving !

I will be going on my second year here. The location is great, right on the inter-coastal and walking distance to the beach. The grounds are always kept nice and the pool area is like a resort. I have never had a problem with maintenance, they always show up when they say they will. We have a new property Manager, Jorge -he has been on top of everything and very efficient. I feel very safe here and I love my apartment. Everything has been renovated and it feels fresh and clean. I highly recommend Royal Colonial if your looking for a resort like atmosphere. I feel this area is the best part of Boca !
